You can also make payments via Venmo and Zelle. Be sure to include your Account # so that we know where to apply your payments to. We are happy to offer online payments for your convenience. We understand how busy your schedule must be. Before submitting your payment, please read the following information below.
There is a convenience fee for making online payments. Make sure to INCLUDE the fee into the payment amount because it will be deducted from the submitted amount automatically. The fee is $5.00 for every $200.00 amount. Please review the example below. If you have any questions or are unsure about how to calculate the fee, please contact customer service.
How To Calculate Your Fee
Example: Payments of $1.00-$200.00 (add an additional $5 to the amount)
Payments of $201.00-$400.00 (add an additional $10 to the amount)
Payments of $401.00-$600.00 (add an additional $15 to the amount)
Payments of $601.00-$800.00 (add an additional $20 to the amount)
Please be advised that the "3 Payment Rule" still applies to online payments. If you are past due on 3 or more, then you must pay the total outstanding balance including any and all late fees. Any amount submitted that is less than the outstanding balance on a defaulted account will not be processed. Payments submitted for a loan that has already been cancelled will not be processed.
